Sales manager

Wersirius Holding is an international company within the truck industry that has been operating on the market of the United States of America for more than 5 years and has a strong tendency to expand to other countries as well. We are looking for a sales manager to join us in Belgrade. It is a position that involves working from the office, on weekdays, in the period from 15:00 to 23:00.

Responsibilities

Identification of potential clients, generation of leads and their conversion

Creating and maintaining quality business relationships with clients and understanding their needs

Market trend analysis, competition analysis

Creation and implementation of a sales strategy to achieve defined goals

Leading the sales team, monitoring performance and evaluating the work of team members

Cooperation with closely related departments in order to fulfill the needs of clients

Using Hubspot to track sales activity

Creation of performance reports

This position is for you if:

You have at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the US trucking industry

You understand sales processes and are skilled in achieving set goals

You have affinities but also experience in managing teams, you know how to recognize talents and organize operational tasks

You know how to motivate and support your team in accomplishing tasks

You aim to improve sales processes and are focused on long-term positive results
