The Mitsis Group offers new jobs in its hotels in Rhodes: Pastry Chef B' - Rhodes Area: Rhodes Type of Employment: Seasonal/Full-time Ref : HO / PASB Κ Purpose As a Pastry Chef B you will be in direct communication with your supervisor for the production and execution of recipes in accordance with the operational standards and recipes of the Group, in each area - your work department. Responsibilities Participate in the daily production of sweets and dishes for all departments of the hotel (central, A la Carte & food corners) You work with the team and your immediate supervisor to ensure a smooth workflow and timely response to needs. You ensure proper materials management and procurement record keeping. Follow required ISO procedures and ensure proper implementation of health and safety rules in place. Necessary qualifications Pastry Degree Experience in a relevant department, ideally in a hotel environment Knowledge of material management and confectionery trends Knowledge and adherence to all hygiene & safety rules Skills Professionalism, Reliability & Responsibility Empathy Adaptability Cooperation & Teamwork What we offer Competitive salary package Variable B onus for achieving monthly goals.
