Technical manager
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated new employee for the position.
Duties:
Development and implementation of a planned maintenance system
Planning and control of the costs of maintenance tasks
Management and control of technical development, investment and operational activities
Ensuring the reliable operation of food industry machines and equipment
Finding and solving the causes of failures
Ensuring preventive and extraordinary maintenance of machines and production equipment in operation, continuous monitoring of maintenance costs
Competing technical suppliers, conducting requests for proposals, achieving the most advantageous contractual conditions for the company
Initiation and execution of development and cost-saving projects in the technical field, continuous investigation of optimization possibilities
Supervision of administrative work related to the technical area
Ensuring a high level of technical standards through effective management of the technical team
Expectations:
Technical qualification (food industry mechanical engineer / plant engineer / technician)
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the technical field at a food manufacturing company (advantage: dairy industry, meat industry)
Communicative English skills
User-level computer skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to make decisions, decisive, dynamic and innovative personality
Responsible and cost-conscious approach, precision, reliability
Complex thinking, proactive attitude, results orientation
