Shift manager
We are looking for new employees for the position.
Duties:
Management and control of product manufacturing and packaging shifts
Technology and supervision of product production
Ensuring the production of products of the quantity and quality specified in the production plan in accordance with the recipes
Cooperation with the other shift managers and the production manager in the organization of the daily production processes
Organization of optimal workforce according to production needs, supervision of working time records
Preparation of reports related to production
Advantage:
group leader/shift manager work experience in a food manufacturing plant
Expectations:
At least a secondary education (a qualification in the food industry is an advantage)
Excellent leadership and production management skills
Ability to work independently, appropriate hygienic attitude
Load capacity, flexibility
Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Undertaking multiple shift work schedules
