Job Description
Cook C – NEW Hotel
Cook C is responsible for preparing and cooking basic dishes in a kitchen,
under the guidance of the Chef. Ensures compliance with hygiene rules and the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Basic Duties:
Prepares and cuts ingredients for various dishes, following recipes.
Cooks simple dishes according to instructions.
Maintains cleanliness in the workplace and disinfects equipment.
Assists in storing materials and monitors inventory.
Collaborates with the rest of the kitchen team for the smooth execution of tasks
Qualifications:
Culinary School graduate
Experience in a similar position (a la carte) will be considered an additional qualification.
Ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time, ability
work under pressure.
Team spirit of cooperation
Flexibility in hours and adaptability to demanding situations
