Job Description
- reception, check-in, check-out of guests - correct entry and updating of guest data in the system
- charging for services and issuing invoices
- providing all information to hotel guests
- receiving compliments and complaints and handling them professionally
- close cooperation with the housekeeping department as well as cooperation with other hotel staff in order to fulfill all requests from the guest
- all other tasks according to the instructions of the reception manager
