Key Responsibilities:

Participate in commissioning of granulation equipment;

Carry out regular checks of granulation equipment, timely identify and address all deviations or deficiencies;

Perform basic granulation equipment maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication and minor repairs.

Notify maintenance staff of any issues requiring advanced maintenance;

To unload the final products from the granulation equipment, take probe samples for analysis;

Measure and pack the final product in packaging material;

Maintain accurate production records, including machine logs and production reports;

Comply with all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any safety hazards or incidents to a supervisor;

Keep your work area clean.

Required qualifications and experience:

Minimum third degree education;

Knowledge of English or Russian at B1/B2 level is an advantage;

Experience in solid material handling industries (pneumatic/mechanical conveying, mixing, drying) is preferred.
