Key Responsibilities:

Management and control of production machines and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines;

Performing regular product quality checks to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications;

Identifying and eliminating all deviations or deficiencies;

Monitoring the production process, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal output and reduce operating time;

Loading and unloading of materials, components and finished products on and off production lines. Ensuring proper material flow and inventory management;

Adherence to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any safety hazards or incidents to a supervisor;

Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment as needed, such as cleaning, lubrication and minor repairs;

Notifying maintenance staff of any issues that require advanced maintenance;

Maintaining accurate production records, including machine logs, quality control reports and production reports;

Collaborate with team members, including machine operators, technicians and supervisors, to achieve production goals and resolve operational issues;

Proposing and implementing process improvements to improve efficiency, quality and safety in the manufacturing area.

Required qualifications and experience:

Minimum third degree education;

Knowledge of English or Russian at B1/B2 level is an advantage;

Experience working in production-preferred.
