Operations & Logistics Coordinator
undertakes schedule creation, team supervision, reporting to the Head of Operations and monitoring KPIs for department operations. Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks are required.
Position Description
• Creating a schedule of the department's activities.
• Team supervision and coordination.
• Creation of reporting to inform the Head of Operations and deal with emergency problems.
• Creation and monitoring of KPI's for each task performed by its responsibility groups.
• Suggestions for improvement in his area of ​​responsibility.
• Coordination and supervision of supply chain operations.
• Management of shipments and receipts.
• Use of information systems (ERP, WMS, CRM) to optimize shipping, storage and transportation processes.
• Communicate with transport companies and customers to plan the loads and the safe and timely transport of the products.
• Safety stock control and order management.
Candidate Profile
University graduate, ideally in Business Administration or Logistics.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics or Project Management is required.
Desirable experience as a production coordinator in a production unit/factory.
Experience using ERP programs, warehouse management programs (WMS) and archival records management.
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent knowledge of Ms Office
