Requirements• Education - minimum 10 classes• Qualification as a baker, operator or professional professional school• Experience – minimum 6 months in a similar position, is an advantage• Availability to work in 3 shifts (M – F: [phone removed], [phone removed], 22.00 -06.00)• Organized person, open to the accumulation of new knowledge Responsibility• You will follow the manufacturing process and intervene on the equipment when is necessary for the smooth running of the production process• You will respect the technological regime established together with the head of the formation on the operations of rolling, cutting pieces of dough (moulding), baking• You will make adjustments to the moulding, rolling until the semi-finished products have the nominal mass and the desired shape.• You will ensure that the production falls within the quality standards• You will collaborate with the mechanic/electrician change in case of equipment damage• You will carry out the specific hygiene program at the workplace• You will participate in the training proposed by the direct manager Other information• Employment contract for an indefinite period• Meal vouchers - value 40 ron/day• Rest leave (min 21 days - max 25 days) depending of the total length of service• Transport allowance• Other benefits according to the salary policy
