Order Preparation Officer
DUTIES:
The main role of the Order Preparation Manager is to prepare the orders in progress and issue the corresponding Technical Instructions & Production Orders. Draws up the Production File, which is accompanied by the required technical drawings and production samples.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent ability to plan, organize and monitor projects.
Understanding and evaluating financial data.
Excellent ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
University or TEI degree in Graphic Arts or similar.
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, alternatively knowledge of German.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office & ERP (ideally MIS).
2.2. SKILLS
Communication skills (written and oral communication skills).
Ability to perceive, manage and resolve any issues that may arise.
WORK EXPERIENCE
5 years of experience in technical department or production department or similar.
Experience in cost analysis.
Practical experience in Project Management / Production Orders.
