. It is a full-time job, from Monday to Friday._x000D_
We are looking for a new colleague in the Purchasing department. We require good organizational skills, slightly advanced English, a professional demeanor and a willingness to learn new things, because there will be many of them. This is work for 8.5 hour shifts, 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday. The scope of the work is the inspection upon receipt of goods according to delivery notes, orders, invoices and food specifications. Making sure that the type, quantities, price and quality of received and ordered items are correct. Updates and daily income in the purchase/inventory system. Ensures that all goods received are delivered to the correct storage location and separated. Maintain the highest level of business integrity when dealing with vendors and suppliers._x000D_

• Ensures that all deliveries of non-food items, food and beverages match the approved purchase order._x000D_
• Update and manage copies of all purchase orders received._x000D_
• Inspection of orders - especially the physical condition, quality, quantities, weight and use-by date of all items or consumables._x000D_
• I receive goods for the Technical Department, Gift shop, SPA, etc._x000D_
• Checking invoices and delivery notes and daily records with the internal system._x000D_
• Ensuring safety and cleanliness in and around the loading ramp._x000D_
• Compliance with hygienic standards when storing food._x000D_
• Responsibility for returning nonconforming shipments or accepting replacement shipments._x000D_

Previous experience in a similar position and experience in hotel operations is an advantage._x000D_
Completed secondary education._x000D_
Excellent organizational skills._x000D_
Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations._x000D_
Ability to communicate in English._x000D_
