About the Property Scattered with Unesco-protected ruins, the beach-fringed Peloponnese has been at the heart of Greek culture for millennia. Resting on the east coast of the Peloponnese near Porto Heli, Amanzoe is a modern-day Acropolis from which 360-degree views encompass olive groves and the Aegean sea. Pavilions and villas all offer private pools with stunning views and fragrant gardens, whilst speedboats await at the beach to zip between nearby islands. About the Position Join our family at Amanzoe as a Pastry Commis Chef. Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Pastry Chef, the candidate will assist in taking care of the daily breads and pastries preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standards and qualities. You will need to be creative, a dedicated team player, passionate about food and committed to work together with the service team to deliver ultimate guest experiences every time. Qualifications: About the Successful Candidate You will need to have a Degree in Culinary Arts from a certified school in Greece or abroad. You will likely already possess at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position either in a 5* hotel or in high-end Restaurants. Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants will be considered as an asset. Fluency in English is desirable, but not essential. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized with problem solving & time management skills and with desire to achieve highest quality service standards with guests and team members. This role is based at our Amanzoe in the greater Porto Heli Area - Greece. While we are open to applications from international candidates, we ask that you already possess the right to live and work in Greece without the need for a company-supported work permit.
