We are engaged in the implementation of various types of buildings - from residential, through civil, industrial and agricultural to transport and water management._x000D_
We are looking for a new colleague for our office in Prague Zábählicy for the position of Construction Budgeting._x000D_
What awaits you:_x000D_
• Processing of construction budgets and calculations_x000D_
• Ensuring price offers within the budget and their subsequent control and correctness_x000D_
• Communication with subcontractors and construction managers, purchase of material_x000D_
• Participation in the creation of price changes during construction_x000D_
What knowledge and skills should you have:_x000D_
• SŠ/VŠ (preferably construction field)_x000D_
• Communicativeness, work commitment, independence_x000D_
• Knowledge of working with a PC (MS Office – especially Word and Excel, basic orientation in the CAD environment)_x000D_
• Knowledge of the budget program KROS_x000D_
• Orientation in project documentation_x000D_
• Knowledge of technological procedures in the implementation of constructions_x000D_
