is recruiting candidates for the position:
PRODUCTION MANAGER
(Mechanical Engineer Profile).
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Supervising the process of realizing the production plan and ensuring the fulfillment of certain requirements.
Control of the quality standards of the production process, based on the relevant documentation.
Collaborating with the logistics department to obtain and forecast weekly production plans.
Monitoring and analyzing scrap, identifying the causes and finding methods to reduce it.
Follow-up of disciplinary matters, management of absences and annual holidays, as well as implementation of disciplinary measures in accordance with company policies.
Finding methods to increase productivity and quality standards.
Enforce company regulations and maintain ethical communication within the team and with superiors.
Requirements for the ideal candidate:
Degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or related field).
Knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes, particularly in related industries.
Previous experience of 1-3 years in cable or machinery manufacturing is preferred.
Excellent communication and management skills as well as advanced English and computer skills, very good computer skills.
