Your role We count on you to be in charge of the bidding process for the construction of stores and the execution of special works; The department counts on you to check the technical documentation for obtaining building permits; We rely on your skills to supervise the preparation of the technical project and execution details, as well as to verify and track in time the constructions/execution of special works; You will be responsible for the reception of new branches and technical annexes, as well as the coordination and verification of modernization/modification works for existing buildings; We count on your availability to travel because you will carry out your activity both on the ground, the trips being frequent, and from the office within the framework of the Lidl Regional Headquarters. Your profile Your studies completed higher education, with a bachelor's degree, in the field of civil construction (Faculty of Construction); You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of civil construction; You have solid knowledge of construction legislation (including construction maintenance); You know English at an intermediate - advanced level. Knowledge of the German language is an advantage; You have experience working with AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project or another similar application; You demonstrate proactivity, perseverance and results orientation; You have analytical and synthesis skills (and like to carry out analyzes and interpret data); Although you have a driving license cat. B and you have availability for travel at national level.
