Project engineer (with focus on quality/APQP)

Our international manufacturing partner in Kecskemét, with a strong background in the automotive industry, is looking for a new team member for the position of PROJECT ENGINEER (quality affairs, APQP)!

What tasks can the new colleague expect?
Preparation of the project budget and time plan for starting projects
Continuous, daily contact with partner departments and project management
Quality planning and sampling
Follow-up of action deadlines
Preparation of complete quality documentation
Support of internal and customer audits
Error analysis, development of proposals, customer complaint handling
Handling of complaints
Documenting process optimization
Change management support
The main characteristics of the ideal candidate:
Relevant higher education (ideally: mechanical engineer)
Experience in the field of quality assurance (APQP quality planning)
Ability to read technical drawings
Basic computer skills: MS Office at strong user level
German and/or English language skills at least intermediate level
Proficiency in project work, project approach
Basic knowledge of Core Tools (FMEA, 8D, PPAP, SPC)
Statistical basics
Willingness to travel (occasionally also abroad)
Determined personality, initiative, solution-oriented approach, aptitude for teamwork, customer- and quality-oriented approach
