Work load:_x000D_
Handles requests from owners and tenants of houses and apartments and reports of defects, communicates with clients and coordinates insurance events with them_x000D_
It is listed in detail with the technical condition of the house, necessary revisions and maintenance._x000D_
Manages real estate documentation (project, contract, etc.)_x000D_
Keeps records of houses and non-residential premises, their users, repairs and revisions, draws up a revision repair plan_x000D_
Ensures the ordering of maintenance and repairs and minor construction work. their coordination_x000D_
Performs the physical receipt and inspection of the work performed and subsequently approves the invoicing of the cargo_x000D_
Checks the validity of repair requests from the tenant_x000D_
Ensures that tenants and apartment owners are informed about planned repairs_x000D_
Ensures or performs minor maintenance in managed properties_x000D_
Ensures prompt removal of emergency faults_x000D_
Ensures regular revisions of technical equipment in houses_x000D_
Takes over rental units when they are vacated, documents status and compiles handover protocols_x000D_
Secures offers for repairs and minor construction work from suppliers and chooses suppliers with clients. collecting feedback and evaluating cooperation_x000D_
He carries out regular preventive inspections of houses and apartments according to the established regime, updates the records according to their results and ensures the following measures_x000D_
During regular inspections in the houses, he ascertains the state of cleaning, the possible supply of other services and addresses deficiencies with the suppliers_x000D_
Takes meter readings_x000D_
It provides the basis for calculating service costs_x000D_
Looking for insurance events in cooperation with an insurance broker_x000D_
Communicates with public authorities about real estate events_x000D_
