OPERATION-BUSINESS SUPPORT_x000D_
Work load:_x000D_
registration and archiving of all contracts with clients and suppliers_x000D_
administration and updating of data in the internal system, creation of new contracts and addendum_x000D_
waste registration from the establishment, including exit from the waste registration for selected customers and organizations_x000D_
processing invoices and documents in DMS, checking and editing documents for rejection and editing_x000D_
invoicing for services rendered_x000D_
administrative work according to the instructions of the management of the establishment_x000D_
active cooperation with the commercial and operational department_x000D_
ensuring the company's operational agenda_x000D_
receiving and processing orders of the establishment_x000D_
ensuring the execution of orders, including their records_x000D_
We require_x000D_

SÅ  education_x000D_
user knowledge of working with a PC (MS Office) condition_x000D_
knowledge of working with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system an advantage_x000D_
independent and responsible approach to work_x000D_
good communication skills and organizational skills_x000D_
diligence and work and time flexibility_x000D_
orientation in the field of waste management is an advantage_x000D_
