Job Description

Are you passionate about working with quality assurance and environmental monitoring? If so, then you might be our new colleague in QA.
We are looking for a responsible laboratory assistant, bioanalyst or pharmacologist for a permanent position in QA at Region Zealand Hospital Pharmacy.
You will be part of our QA department, which currently consists of 14 dedicated employees divided into 9 academics and 5 technicians (pharmacologists/laboratorians). We are responsible for the overall quality management systems used by all of Sygehusapotheket's departments. We thus have a large collaboration area across the organization, as it is the manufacturing and logistics areas that are our primary collaboration partners.
In the QA department - where cooperation, fulfillment of duty, flexibility and good humor are key words - we have an open and honest culture and an informal tone. We take pride in helping each other.
The job
As a technician in QA at the Hospital Pharmacy, you must, in cooperation with production, help to ensure the quality of the medicines manufactured at the Hospital Pharmacy. Particular focus will be on environmental monitoring and related tasks.
Your tasks and areas of responsibility will be adapted to the other technicians in the department, depending on your qualifications and interests, and will lie within the areas for which the QA department is responsible - especially in the area of environmental monitoring:

Incubation and reading of microbiological growth media (agar plates and media filling)
Submission of samples for ID of microorganisms
Preparation of instructions in the area
Maintenance of equipment, including qualification tasks
Environmental monitoring of classified areas, including data handling

One of Sygehusapotheket's core tasks is to produce cytostatics and monoclonal antibodies for the individual patient. This takes place in both Roskilde and Næstved and there will therefore be working days in both places.
We value highly that our future colleague has a positive and calm approach to the tasks, is good at communicating at all levels, is part of the team in a constructive way and can thrive in an operating environment where the consideration of keeping production running comes first.
The position requires good knowledge of Danish, both written and spoken, as there is a lot of written and oral communication.
Qualifications
You are a trained pharmacologist, bioanalyst, laboratory technician or similar. and has experience within GMP. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with environmental monitoring - preferably in a QA/QC function. You have a quality-conscious and proactive approach to work as well as good communication and collaboration skills.
Are you interested?
If the above sounds like something for you, we would love to hear from you. If you have any questions about the position, you are very welcome to contact QA manager Martin Kaae Kock-Mogensen on [phone removed] About the Hospital Pharmacy
