Schwing Stetter d.o.o. Smederevo is part of the Schwing Stetter concern, which is a leader in the production of construction equipment. Schwing Stetter d.o.o. Smederevo is engaged in the production of machine components and complete plants for construction in the production plant in Smederevo. The entire production is intended for sale to members of the group.

We are looking for a candidate to join our team in the position: 
PROCUREMENT REFERENT

Description of jobs and tasks, responsibilities and powers:

Collects information on the needs of materials and services in cooperation with the production, warehouse and planning sector;

Collects bids and analyzes the market to find the best suppliers in terms of quality, price and delivery times;

Negotiates with suppliers on procurement conditions, discounts and payment terms;

Creates purchase orders in accordance with internal procedures;

Monitors order fulfillment and communicates with suppliers to confirm and monitor deliveries;

Cooperates with the quality sector in case of complaints or irregularities;

Maintains the database within the SAP system;

Proposes measures to reduce procurement costs and improve process efficiency;

Collaborates with production, warehouse and planning sectors to optimize supply chains

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage priorities.

Understanding of the market and basic commercial principles.

Knowledge of working in ERP systems and an advanced level of MS Office tools.

Requirements/qualifications
:

Minimum IV degree;

Minimum of one year of experience in the same or similar jobs;

Knowledge of the English language is mandatory.
