Regional manager in retail of textile products

Tasks:

· Organization and control of the work of several retail establishments on the territory of Serbia

· Tour of facilities - monitoring of sales parameters, standards of display and visual marking, assessment of operational readiness of facilities

· Responsibility for maintaining high standards of customer service in retail stores and constant work on improving the level of service

· Monitoring and control of facility costs 

· Orientation, development and mentoring of employees for the positions of manager and deputy manager of a retail facility

· Continuous monitoring of competition and market trends

· Making proposals and actively participating in order to improve the operations of retail establishments

Prerequisites:

· Minimum IV degree of vocational education

· Computer skills - Excel

· Knowledge of the English language is desirable

· Driving license category B - active driver

Other conditions:

· Work experience required 

· Expressed leadership skills

· Good personal organization as well as team organization

· Developed communication and employee motivation skills

· Analytical, initiative
