Job Description

Coordinates the execution of mixed works in the field of electrical networks and construction and assembly; Actively participates in the development of the strategy and in the identification of medium and long-term business opportunities of the Region for Maintenance activity; Based on the strategy, proposes the annual plan of actions within the Region for Maintenance activity, being open and informing about the inclusion of business opportunities in the plan; Ensures that the objectives of the Region have traceability in supporting the objectives financial, as they are known to the personnel engaged in the Maintenance activity; Receives from the Clients for analysis and proposals for completion/monthly programming, the drafts of the half-yearly maintenance programs for the planned works; Follows at the central level the way of execution of the works/orders received from the Clients, their inclusion in the imposed completion deadlines; Adopts the final forms of the half-yearly programs and transmits the final form to the county managers established and approved weekly/monthly works; Centralizes from the County Managers the situation of the materials resulting from dismantling and notifies the Client regarding the need to remove them from the territory; Organizes at a regional level the mode of intervention of the ADREM staff in case of weather codes and together with the Client establishes the mode of action to eliminate the effects of these codes in the electrical installations of his property; Collaborates with the IT Department to solve any problems that may arise regarding the use and access to the managed applications; With the approval to the Regional Director, develops, implements, monitors and evaluates a matrix system and performance indicators to ensure a good vision of the Maintenance activity; Manages all the contracts concluded for the activity for which he is responsible: for each contract - inclusion in the execution schedule, monthly invoicing, the remainder to be executed, other contractual issues; course; Creates and submits analyzes and reports to the Regional Director, including following the controls carried out in the field, regarding the activities carried out and the inclusion in the allocated budget and proposes measures to reduce costs; Interacts and communicates with other ADREM departments and departments and maintains the relationship with Clients, Partners and Subcontractors; Verifies the implementation of corrective/preventive actions at the County level and taking the necessary measures to reduce/eradicate non-conformities resulting from the activity of Maintenance; Proposes, based on hierarchical approval, actions for the continuous optimization of the Maintenance activity to increase work efficiency and improve the quality level of the services provided; Centralizes, verifies and submits to the approval of the Regional Director: - Internal supply orders; - Monthly/annual supply programs with materials specific to the maintenance activity; - Annual programs for providing equipment/apparatus/equipment specific to the maintenance activity; - Accounts of expenses; - Additional payment situations (extra bonus, overtime, recording hours); - Annual schedule of vacations; - Proposals for optimizing the Maintenance process, increasing work efficiency and improving the quality of services provided, received from the County Centers; - Internal proposals to modify the applications/reports used (after the approval of the Regional Director, he sends them to the Technical Maintenance Coordinator for the creation of Application Modification Requests);- The notes of non-conformity resulting from the checks carried out by Customers and Partners (centralizes all data and ensures the closure of the process); - Requests received from the County Centers regarding the provision of IT equipment, licenses, application user accounts, e-mail accounts, etc. Benefits: Competitive salary package; Performance bonuses; Non-financial benefits: certifications, training, etc.; Atmosphere beneficial to professional and personal development.
