Job Description A reference company in the automotive sector, is looking for a Workshop Manager to lead the technical team, in Portimão! If you have experience in automotive mechanics and electrical, have a taste for challenges, are customer-oriented and know how to motivate and coordinate teams, this is the ideal opportunity to take the next step in your career! What we are looking for in you: Proven experience in the role (minimum of 2 years); Experience in automotive mechanics and electrical services; Ability to motivate teams and coordinate workflow; Strong customer orientation, always ensuring customer satisfaction; Availability to work from Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week and rotating hours (8:30am-9pm); Category B Driver's License (required); Mastery of the mechanics area and ability to carry out inspections/repairs on vehicles, explaining procedures to technicians; Experience in people management and KPI analysis.
