The Mitsis Group offers new jobs in its hotels in Santorini: Cook A' Region: Santorini Type of employment: seasonal / full time Ref: HO/ COOAS Purpose: As Cook A, you will be responsible for the execution and production of the menu according to the recipes and operational standards of the Group. Responsibilities Participates in the daily production of his department's menu (cold kitchen / hot kitchen / themed restaurants) according to the Group's operational standards and recipe. Works with team and direct supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues. Immediately informs his supervisor of any problems or material shortages at his post. He directs and advises his subordinates for the smooth flow of their work. Adheres to required ISO procedures and ensures correct implementation of health and safety rules in his position.
