Senior MEP Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Engineer to join our team for the construction of Logistics Center project in Athens, Greece. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and experience in large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project and contribute to its successful execution. Lead the design, planning, and execution of MEP systems for the Construction Logistics Center project. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. Manage and oversee the installation of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems. Ensure that MEP systems comply with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications. Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and propose innovative solutions to challenges. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and MEP teams on-site. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of MEP design standards, codes, and local building regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Excellent knowledge of Greek and English in both writing and speaking. PMP or LEED certification is a plus.
