Senior Process Excellence Consultant

Right now we are looking for a skilled Senior Process Excellence Consultant who can drive optimization initiatives from identifying optimization potential to implementation and follow-up of the new process.

The role of Senior Process Excellence Consultant
As a Senior Process Excellence Consultant, you will have an important role where you identify and drive process optimization initiatives from start to implementation and follow-up.
Your everyday life will consist of

Drive optimization processes end-to-end: from analysis and identification of problems and optimization potential in processes to new process design, development and implementation of the future process, as well as follow-up on whether the expected gains were realized. You have less focus on the process documentation part itself, but are driven by creating real process changes for the benefit of customers, employees and business partners.  
Contribute to the further development of the Process Excellence team's toolbox, and the whole concept of how we work with optimization.  

You will be part of the Process Excellence team, which currently consists of 5 - soon 6 - people with different backgrounds, but who have a common passion for making the world greener and everyday life even better for our customers and colleagues through the optimization of processes and operations in Clever.  
Personal qualifications

+5 years of experience with data-supported process optimization using lean methods
You are structured, analytically strong, good at executing and ensuring that things are done, even if many of the activities are with others than you
You are skilled at facilitating workshops in a way where the knowledge of the interests is brought into play. Both in the understanding of the current process and in the design of the future one
You show empathy and willingness to cooperate with your colleagues and other business partners
You are anti-bureaucratic, self-motivating and give 100% in relation to what was agreed
You always help a colleague when needed
You are always willing to put your own goals and tasks in the background for what is best for our customers and for Clever

Your background
You have a background as a process consultant and have several years of experience from a similar position either from a consulting agency or from a company. You have extensive experience with lean and in using lean tools in service and administration environments, and you know how to create results together with colleagues from different backgrounds. 
You are interested in following developments in new technologies (AI, RPA etc.) that can support efficiency, automation and scaling.
