Chef in creating high quality dishes. The ideal candidate will have experience in the kitchen, leadership skills, a passion for gastronomy and the ability to lead and inspire his team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and develop innovative menus, with an emphasis on quality and creativity. Coordinating and leading the kitchen team, training staff and ensuring smooth operations throughout all shifts. Ensuring strict adherence of health regulations and HACCP protocols, maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes according to the hotel's quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance. Monitor inventory, control raw materials and manage supplies in collaboration with the Executive Chef to maintain smooth operations. Actively contribute to meeting challenges during peak hours by taking initiatives to resolve issues. Qualifications: Culinary Degree Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Sous Chef position, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant. Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and methods, with an emphasis on attention to detail and the aesthetics of dishes. Ability to lead, inspire and coordinate teams, creating a collaborative and high performance environment. Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills under pressure. Ability to manage supplies and stocks, with an emphasis on cost and waste reduction. Passion for gastronomy, with a willingness to continuously learn and follow modern trends. Skills and experience: Knowledge and application of standards such as Food Waste Management, Travelife, ISO 14001. Certification or experience in Food Safety & Hygiene regulations (HACCP). Familiarity with modern technologies and tools, as well as good knowledge of PC operation. above position, the company offers: Competitive salary and benefits package.
