Position: Customer Care Specialist

Location: Tirana
Position Summary:
The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for managing incoming calls, registering and maintaining the customer database. The specialist is responsible for managing customer complaints, addressing them and responding, and is also responsible for managing leads.  He/She will collaborate closely within the Marketing department and with the Sales department. The specialist takes over the daily tasks from the Customer Care Supervisor and has the willingness to contribute to the progress of the work and the increase of customer satisfaction, thus the increase of the company's image.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
·        Open, register and maintain the database of calling customers (incoming calls);
·        Receives all complaints and requests for information, addresses them to the responsible department/persons and re-contacts the client for the answer;
·        Responds to all comments on 'Social Media' for projects assigned to him;
·        Manages 'leads' from the moment they are generated until their delegation to the relevant department;
·        Handles significant volume of phone calls;
·        Develops various reports related to their work;
·        Conduct the survey via telephone;
·        Manages outgoing calls;
·        "Chat support" via electronic platforms;
·        "Data entry" in the relevant systems;
Work experiences:
·        Have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
Other skills:
·        Have experience in customer care, call center or contact center;
·        Very good call management skills, especially problematic ones;
·        Have experience in active listening;
·        Have experience in CRM systems and related practices;
·        Very good knowledge of using Excel;
·        Very good knowledge of using PowerPoint;
·        Ability to orient and adapt to different types of customers;
·        Excellent communication and presentation skills;
·        Ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously;
·        High school diploma;
·        Very good knowledge of Albanian and English. Other languages are an advantage;
·        Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and workload.
