Customer support specialist 🤙

We are nextbike, the largest Czech bikesharing provider, and we are looking for a customer support specialist in Olomouc. Will you help us take care of nextbikers?_x000D_
What will it be about?_x000D_
You will get to know how bikesharing works and then you will enjoy the joys, troubles and ideas of nextbikers on their rides. You will communicate by phone on our customer line, e-mail and in our internal system. Your working hours will be 12-hour shifts - short/long week, working hours are set from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m._x000D_

Expect a job with an employment contract with a valuation of CZK 28,000, after a trial period with quarterly bonuses of up to CZK 20,000 per year. What do we need?_x000D_
