SPECIALIST FOR CUSTOMS AND DECLARATION

Become part of a team whose goal is to monitor the cargo that has arrived while harmonizing all customs procedures. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Close cooperation with customs authorities in connection with customs clearance of goods, customs documentation and inspections

Monitoring customs clearance status and updating internal records of customs procedures for shipments while resolving customs inquiries and potential issues

Mediation with an authorized freight forwarder regarding customs documentation - translation of invoices, import of goods, classification of goods, packaging of documents for finance and close cooperation with finance

Cooperation with freight forwarders, cargo handling agents and other partners in the customs supply chain.

Maintaining the archive of customs documentation in accordance with legal regulations and monitoring changes in customs laws

Solving the problem of backlogs in cooperation with other sectors

Taking care of logistical aspects, such as placing goods under customs control

Cooperation with customs authorities to resolve any discrepancies or problems with customs declarations

Monitoring of the customs clearance process and deadlines with regular records of all customs transactions, necessary documents for the need for audit and control

PREREQUISITE CONDITIONS:

IV degree of vocational education 

Active customs agent license

Intermediate level of knowledge of the English language

Category B driver's license

5 years of work experience in the same or similar positions

Experience in customs warehouse management is desirable
