Management of daily construction work_x000D_
Close cooperation with the construction manager_x000D_
Coordination and management of subcontractors
Health and safety compliance check_x000D_
Quality control of work performed_x000D_
Schedule fulfillment check_x000D_
Receipt of subcontractor work_x000D_
Communication with the investor, TDI and the designer_x000D_
Cooperation in the creation of invoicing, handover and acceptance of the work by the investor_x000D_
We require:_x000D_
Education in construction is an advantage_x000D_
Experience in the implementation of constructions required (experience in the implementation of transport constructions an advantage)_x000D_
ÄŒKAIT authorization is an advantage but not a requirement_x000D_
