About the Property Scattered with Unesco-protected ruins, the beach-fringed Peloponnese has been at the heart of Greek culture for millennia. Resting on the east coast of the Peloponnese near Porto Heli, Amanzoe is a modern-day Acropolis from which 360-degree views encompass olive groves and the Aegean sea. Pavilions and villas all offer private pools with stunning views and fragrant gardens, whilst speedboats await at the beach to zip between nearby islands. About the Position Join our family at Amanzoe as a Steward Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Executive Chef, the candidate will assist in the coordination and maintenance of back-of-house operations assigned to meet the set hygiene and safety standards and qualities. You will need to be an excellent communicator, a dedicated hands-on team player, and committed to work together with the culinary and service team to deliver ultimate guest experiences every time. Qualifications: About the Successful Candidate You will likely already possess at least 1-2 years of working experience in the procurement, food and beverage, culinary, preferably in the Hotel industry. You will need to have knowledge of H.A.C.C.P standards and stewarding equipment operations. Basic knowledge of English is required. Computer skills and experience with staff training in cleaning equipment and tools will be considered as an asset. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized with problem solving & time management skills and with desire to achieve highest quality service standards with guests and team members. This role is based at our Amanzoe in the greater Porto Heli Area - Greece.
