Job Description
We are fortunate enough to be upgraded in connection with IDD and therefore we are looking for a nurse for our F-ACT teams in District Psychiatry Holbæk and Nykøbing Sjælland.
The position will be for 37 hours. We are open to requests for fewer hours. The position is for occupation per 1 June 2025 or as soon as possible.
Over the past 3 years, we have had the F-ACT model implemented in our district psychiatry and per On 1 September 2024, we will start offering integrated dual diagnosis treatment. In this connection, we have been upgraded and are therefore looking for a new colleague. We must continue to work with the F-ACT model and combine drug treatment within the framework we have. We are looking into an exciting future with new initiatives and new tasks, which will continuously develop over the next 3 years.
The F-ACT model is about being able to offer a more flexible treatment, where we get a greater opportunity to meet the patient in the person's immediate environment, we get a greater opportunity to intensify the treatment if the patient becomes unstable and in unstable phases the whole team will take on the task of stabilizing the patient. We work with a shared caseload, where several professional groups take care of tasks in the patient process in order to offer an interdisciplinary effort. We have a great focus on promoting our patients' recovery process.
Our F-ACT teams cover the geographical area of Holbæk, Kalundborg and Odsherred municipality. Each F-ACT covers min. 2 municipalities, so you will also have colleagues you do not physically sit with on a daily basis and therefore you will experience meeting the team virtually 4 days a week and one day a week they are all gathered at the same register. You will have conversations in the patient's own home, in the patient's local area, virtual conversations and outpatient conversations. Cooperation with municipalities, substance abuse centers and social psychiatry is highly valued and we have great respect for each other and are curious about how we can strengthen our cooperation around common citizens even more. You will be part of a team consisting of several professional groups, which are: chief physician, psychologist, nurses, pedagogue, social worker, peer worker and secretaries.
Your qualifications
We are looking for an experienced nurse, preferably with specialist training in psychiatric nursing and preferably with experience in substance abuse treatment. You must be able to plan and structure your work independently and at the same time actively engage in the community. You must have an interest in involving the patient, relatives and other relevant partners in the treatment, as well as an interest in working recovery-oriented.
We offer
A dynamic and committed staff group
A workplace where supervision, well-being and a good working environment are given high priority
Good opportunities for professional development, collegial sparring and interdisciplinary conferences
High degree of independence and the opportunity to help organize your everyday life
Room for differences and "high ceilings"
Onboarding: you will be welcomed with an induction programme, mentoring and planned interviews with the immediate manager
We are in a workplace where we seek to take good care of the patients and each other. In this context, it is important that the staff group possesses empathy and social understanding, is able to keep calm in stressful situations, prioritizes dialogue, where smiles and humor can often be a good leverage.
District North accepts citizens over the age of 18 from Holbæk, Kalundborg and Odsherred municipalities for outpatient psychiatric treatment. We currently have approx. 900 patients. The staff group is made up of nurses, specialist nurses, senior doctors, specialist doctors, psychologists, specialist psychologists, social workers, pedagogues, peer workers and medical secretaries.
Additional information
You are very welcome to come for a non-binding visit or call and find out more about the position from leading specialist psychologist Mia Rydahl or head nurse Katrine Agnete Runge. A job description and function description for the position can be obtained.
