Job Description
Are you strong with both systems, processes and data? Would you like to have a central role in the work of elevating system support and data-based management, operation and development of the Facility Management (FM) area in the National Police to the next level? Then you now have the opportunity to become part of a strong and dedicated team.
About the job
As a data controller, you will be a central part of our ambition to optimize processes via a more data-driven task solution. You will have a central role in realizing our strategy and roadmap for system support and data ownership.
The Center for Property (CFE) is facing a re-tendering of a new Facility Management solution that includes the entire Danish police including the Public Prosecution Service. The agreement is expected to be put into operation in the first half of 2027. We want to build a system landscape for handling building and FM data. The target image is a solution that can create a basis for a strong management of the future FM solution as well as the entire property area. Today, CFE has a number of building data in Dalux, but it is desired to further enrich the data for the buildings and other assets, just as it is desired to be able to handle all FM data in Dalux both in real time and to support management, analysis and reporting. Today, CFE has limited data access via a supplier-managed sharepoint solution. A significant focus of the position will be designing the future data and reporting set-up.
You will, among other things, responsible for:
Planning scope expansion for the use of Dalux FM - including an expanded use of modules and functionality
Preparation for taking home data that is currently with our FM supplier
Determination of frameworks and guidelines for registration and data governance
Implementation of FM system, new modules and processes as well as integration to the supplier's FM task management system
Development of concept for BI and reporting
Maintenance of strategy and roadmap
Testing and development of own system as well as handling updates.
Ensuring data validity
Management of user roles and rights
Standards for assets

About you
You may have a bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, data science, business intelligence or a related discipline and at least a few years of experience with data analysis and performance management. You have knowledge of FM systems or task and process management systems, including a good understanding of system landscapes, data and data maintenance and governance. You are familiar with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI and SQL and you have the ability to translate data into clear and action-oriented insights. You are a strong analyst, have an eye for detail and can convey your professionalism.
You are professionally committed, curious and self-driven, and you thrive with a wide contact surface, just as it is easy for you to create good relationships and collaborate with many different professional groups. You show responsibility for your own development, and are proactive in your knowledge sharing and sparring with colleagues across sections and centres. You are outgoing and want to be part of both the professional and social community at the centre.
