The tasks of our new colleague will be
- his responsibilities include the prioritization and scheduling of errors, in order to ensure that error and interference elimination activities are efficient and economical. With professional advice and experience, he helps the colleagues delegated to the site in his area of ​​competence to identify errors, and, if necessary, arranges for the involvement of additional forces.
- during troubleshooting of errors, disruptions and elementary events, informs the troubleshooting and troubleshooting units about the tasks to be performed, monitors the work phases, contributes to the elimination of unforeseen obstacles in order to reduce the consequences. Cooperates with emergency response units to reduce damage and minimize traffic disruption.
- contributes to the elimination of unforeseen obstacles arising during the implementation of the planned works in order to reduce the consequences
- continuously documents the operating parameters in a computerized registration system. When extraordinary events occur, he acts according to the Notification Order
- prepares immediate, daily, weekly, monthly reports and evaluations for managers
- for the sake of quality assurance and the effectiveness of process control, checks the train delays burdening the telecommunications specialist area, takes measures to reclassify them if necessary
- keeps in constant contact with the officials of the partner services, receives and forwards information in order to minimize the disruption of train traffic even in the event of operational breakdowns. Maintains contact between foreign parties, external contractors and MÁV Pályamöködtessi Zrt. during operational activities
What is needed to fill the job role
- secondary school education - high school diploma (telecommunications technician, automation technician, traffic automation technician, industrial informatics technician)
- advanced railway qualification
- knowledge of applicable laws, standards, regulations and internal instructions affecting your field of expertise
- knowledge of systems, machines and equipment belonging to his duties
- user-level knowledge of office and IT applications
- 5 years of professional experience
