Job Description
The Safety and working environment coordination section is looking for a team leader for our working environment coordinators in Copenhagen. As a team leader, you will be the immediate manager of our working environment coordinators, who work within the Working Environment Act, with a focus on Executive Orders 110 and 117. Your role as team leader will involve helping to design, reform and implement effective processes for working with the Working Environment Act and the associated tasks. As a team leader, you will act as a point of contact for a wide range of partners, both inside and outside Banedanmark Opportunity to develop the work with the working environment As a team leader, you will have the opportunity to define the way the working environment coordinators support the projects (both Banedanmark's own and 3rd parties), by ensuring the care of the working environment in terms of the work on the field as well as the implementation of supervision and input for tenders etc. You promote the work of the working environment coordinators at the same time as you provide professional and managerial sparring to the team in a sometimes busy everyday life. In addition, you will have a central role in relation to the development of our internal goal management tools, which will increasingly form the basis for ensuring that the work of the working environment coordinators is coordinated with the other tasks in the section and in other parts of the organisation. Finally, as a manager, you will be in charge of both planning, administration and development tasks for the team, as well as handling staff development and ensuring that the right skills are present in the team. Experience within the working environment and interest in management You have experience with the working environment. In addition, it will be a great advantage if you have experience with projects, with work environment content and their various phases, i.e. design, execution and completion. As a person, you thrive on tasks where you can plan and structure your working day yourself. By being proactive, you achieve results within established processes, legislation and time horizons. And then you thrive in collaboration with other people, communicate clearly and are good at setting direction and frameworks. Your new place of work Your place of work will be in Copenhagen. You will be the team leader for 6 committed working environment coordinators and you will report to the section manager. Salary and employment conditions As an academic, you will be employed as a chief consultant with personnel responsibility according to the collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and AC. Otherwise, the employment is covered by the Joint Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees' Organizations - The governmental area and the Organizational Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and HK/STAT, Denmark. The position is placed in salary group 4. For both AC and HK, it applies that the final salary is determined on the basis of your experience and qualifications, and that a pension is added in accordance with the collective agreement.
