Maintenance technician - Full-Time-Hunedoara

Job details: continuous improvement of machinery through cooperation with maintenance teams; Assisting in the training and supervision of staff from the Vocational School; Experience in the electrical and/or mechanical field; Carrying out overhauls and preventive maintenance for complex machines such as (robot heads, assembly tables, complex feeding systems, KUKA robots, sensors related to machines); Installation / maintenance / repair of machines and/or installations as And technical systems and production/installation of means of production; Execution of maintenance work and very difficult repairs to very complex means of production from a technical point of view (e.g. utilities, machines, equipment, etc.); Installation of very complex means of production according to the prescriptions and verification of the operational capability; Determining the causes of errors / disturbances in complex production means with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical components, etc.; Determining the need for parts, the supply of parts respectively the launch of the supply of parts; Determining and eliminating weak points (according to the prescriptions) respectively developing proposals for eliminating weak points; Manual and mechanical manufacturing of complex means of production according to the provided technical documentation; Carrying out overhauls and preventive maintenance for complex machines (such as robot heads, assembly tables, complex feeding systems, KUKA robots, sensors related to machines); Commissioning of refurbished means of production / products and adaptation of machine orders, correction of processing programs, execution of test runs and function checks and preparation of the corresponding documentation; Availability to work in 3 shifts from Monday to Friday.
