Tasks and responsibilities:
The production manager of the future:
Plans and manages the state-of-the-art local production processes,
He leads, manages, inspires a dynamic and committed team,
Builds and controls production processes and systems in order to achieve defined KPI goals
,
Management, project management team and the support of the operations director in order to achieve the defined business goals,
Increases efficiency and optimizes costs with innovative solutions,
Develops and operates quality assurance systems,
Cooperates with suppliers and other departments, participates in customer audits,
Prepares strategic and operational reports.
Expectations:
·       Higher education (electrical engineer, automation engineer, chemical engineer, mechanical engineer);
·       At least 3 years of experience in the industrial field;
·
Managers with a minimum of 2 years of experience (
plant manager, group leader, supervisor
) position
·       Knowledge of LEAN and 6Sigma;
·       Excellent leadership and communication skills, Strong project management and problem solving skills;
·       Creative problem-solving ability and strategic thinking
·       Negotiate,
active English
language skills,
