Track and Trace Officer - Onsite Position

AAM Network Inc is offering a great opportunity for a skilled and experienced Track&Trace Officers!

Requirements and skills:

Experience in the US trucking industry, at least 2 years

Onsite and shifts work

Fluent English (both written and spoken)

Desirable knowledge of Spanish

Excellent time management, communication, analytical, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiations skills

Organized, communicative, result oriented, flexible, focused, reliable

Providing superior customer service

Expected work scope:

Building the cooperative approach and relationships with drivers, brokers, vendors

Collecting paperwork, updating other departments

Shipment tracking

Solving load issues

Previous experience in the position of track and trace officer is desirable, but not necessary.
