Transport Manager

Coordinates the internal/external logistics activity of the raw material, ensuring that all materials are brought in on time; Prepares the transport tender and ensures that it takes place in optimal conditions; Is in contact with suppliers for the timely delivery of paper waste, using the selected transport suppliers; Prepares situation analysis reports and comes up with proposals for improvement; Follows the optimization and digitization of processes, so that the activity is transparent and optimal; Evaluates current suppliers; Establishes the transport strategy to be able to face new challenges, determined by the increase in purchasing capacity; Coordinates import - export customs activities and is in contact with the customs authorities; Coordinates the activity on the railway and is in contact with the railway authorities; Coordinates and optimizes the staff in the department.
