The Mitsis Group offers new jobs at the N'U Piraeus Port hotel in Piraeus: Cook A - N'U Piraeus Port Area: Piraeus Type of Employment: Seasonal/Full time Ref: HO/ COOAPIR Purpose As a Cook A you will be responsible for the execution and production of the menu according to the recipes and operational standards of the Group. Responsibilities He participates in the daily production of his department's menu, according to the Group's operating standards and recipe. He works with the team and his immediate supervisor to ensure a smooth work flow and timely handling of issues. He immediately informs his supervisor of any problems or shortages of materials at his post. He directs and advises his subordinates for a smooth flow of their work. Adheres to required ISO procedures and ensures correct implementation of health and safety rules in his position. Necessary Qualifications Culinary Degree Experience at least 2 years in a relevant position, ideally in a hotel environment Knowledge of material management and culinary trends Knowledge and observance of all hygiene & safety rules Skills Professionalism, Reliability & Responsibility Empathy Adaptability Cooperation & Teamwork What we offer Competitive salary package Variable Bonus for achieving monthly goals.
