Job Description
Are you a student with an interest in teaching, pedagogy and learning? Do you want a study-relevant job where you can develop your skills in an inspiring environment? Then this job is for you!
We are looking for a committed student assistant to assist us with practical and administrative tasks in a busy university educational center, where you will work with courses, workshops, events and communication in a dynamic team consisting of approx. 15 employees.
DTU Learning Lab supports the development of DTU's teaching with the students' learning as the focus. We actively participate in the development of educational environments at DTU, including the development of the teachers' professional teaching skills, and this is where your role comes into the picture.
Your tasks will consist of:
Practical help for the preparation and execution of courses, workshops and events
Communication and administration in connection with course participants
Update of the learning platform DTU Learn
Prepare short descriptions of our activities
Ad hoc tasks to support our other work
Opportunity to shape your work assignments in a study-relevant direction
We imagine that you:
Studying pedagogy, didactics, educational science or similar and have at least passed the 1st year (it is not a requirement that you have knowledge of the engineering education)
Speaks Danish at a high level and is good at writing - both in Danish and English
Has an understanding of communication to different target groups
Has good collaboration skills and can quickly introduce you to new tasks and dare to ask if you have any doubts
You thrive on routine work, including practical tasks and have an eye for detail

Salary and terms of employment
Salary and employment conditions in accordance with the OAO-S collective agreement and organizational agreement for office clerks and others. (HK/State).
The working hours are an average of 10-15 hours per week and can be arranged flexibly in relation to holidays, exams etc. The position is wanted to be filled by April 15, 2025 or soon thereafter. The employment lasts as long as you are an active student.
Place of work is DTU Lyngby Campus.
