Training consultants who will help to ensure security and resilience In a time characterized by a heightened threat landscape, climate change and hybrid threats, the National Emergency Management Agency plays a central role in handling major accidents, crises, disasters and other incidents that challenge society's basic functions. Training and competence development of the rescue personnel, managers, instructors and specialists must ensure preparedness and a high professional level in handling the incidents. The Swedish Emergency Management Agency's Center for Training is therefore looking for energetic and committed colleagues who will help develop the future training for the emergency services. About us The positions are located in the National Emergency Management Agency's Center for Education authority department, which is responsible, among other things, for coordinating the development of existing and new educations, publishing regulations and guidelines as well as advice and supervision in the area of ​​education. The authority department consists of six employees with different backgrounds, who together have a solid knowledge of the training system in rescue preparedness. The tasks in the authority department are solved in close cooperation with the other employees in the Center for Education and the rest of the Emergency Management Agency. The tasks are aimed particularly at the municipal rescue services, but also at the police, health services and others. As an employee, you can help shape the development and distribution of the case areas. About the positions The department's tasks range from day-to-day case processing and supervisory activities to the more development-oriented. For example, one of the unit's major tasks is to prepare the creation of a business-oriented fire and rescue training. As needed, you will become a project manager or project employee on the implementation of education programs or educational projects. You will contribute to the preparation, evaluation and coordination of regulations, guidelines and training documentation for the rescue services' training. You will also have to coordinate and process educational task requests from the ministry, the rest of the agency, the municipal rescue services and citizens. The level and content of the position will be adjusted in relation to your background and qualifications. About you You may be a civilian-educated candidate or an officer from the National Emergency Management Agency or the armed forces. As a civilian graduate, you have a relevant higher education and experience in the field of education. Preferably with experience in setting up vocational or vocational education. As an officer, you have experience in the field of education in the Emergency Management Agency or the armed forces. Preferably with experience with the vocational constable training in the armed forces. You have solid case management skills and are well-articulated in writing and speaking.
