VIP Team Leader

Responsibilities: Supervises and coordinates the team to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service Collects and analyzes customer data to identify both VIP customers and potential VIP customers Develops and implements strategies to attract and customer loyalty, including loyalty programs, bonuses and personalized offers Monitors and evaluates the performance of VIP team members, providing support and guidance to improve both individual and team results Collects and analyzes customer feedback, and use to build long-term relationships with them Design and execute personalized marketing campaigns, in line with the needs and preferences of VIP customers Collaborate with other departments (CS, Risk, CRM, Marketing etc), to improve the overall experience of VIP customers, but also to increase their retention Prepare and present reports (daily, weekly, monthly), highlighting important parameters, as well as challenges and opportunities encountered Is constantly up to date with industry trends and best practices Continuous optimization and identification opportunities to increase the quality of the services offered to VIP clients We are ready to offer them: Attractive salary Meal vouchers Private medical insurance; Individual work contract for an indefinite period; Paid training period; Day program only, in shifts.
