YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages and directs day-to-day tasks in the absence of the store manager

Trains, leads and motivates store employees in all areas, processes and company standards

Recruits and provides feedback to employees

Performs store administration and ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures

Organizes the work schedule in accordance with the Labor Law

Evaluates and monitors key sales indicators and suggests steps to increase efficiency

Provides a high level of customer service

Follows the rules of displaying goods according to brand standards

He cooperates with the regional sales manager and other departments within the Company

Assists store manager in day-to-day operations

THE CANDIDATE WE EXPECT:

Has completed at least secondary school education, of any degree or field

Work experience in retail in the same or similar positions

He can independently organize work in the store

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of the English language

Willingness to work in shifts, work on weekends and holidays
