2 dedicated nurses are wanted for a dynamic team per 1/6-2025 or as soon as possible thereafter

Based on a political decision to prioritize OPUS services in all departments, we in the Team for Psychiatric Disorders in Viborg-Skive have been given the opportunity to upgrade, and we therefore need 2 nurses who want to work with this very diverse patient group, where each treatment course is organized individually with the whole person in mind. Both positions are based in Viborg. The work takes place during the day on weekdays. This entails a high degree of independence and at the same time a close collaboration with our other skilled nurses, psychologists and doctors, who are always available for sparring, reflection and supervision. All nurses have both newly diagnosed patients who receive an OPUS course, as well as prevalent patients. In addition to individual contact with the patient, the holistic treatment also includes group treatment and the involvement of relatives and other cross-sector partners. The working environment is characterized by mutual trust, openness, helpfulness and a good deal of humor. We prioritize the community with daily contact, an open door and a large staff room for lunch, joint teaching etc. In addition, there is flexibility regarding meeting times and a high degree of influence on planning one's own work. It is important to us that new employees get a good start. Therefore, in addition to an introductory course, you will also be assigned a mentor. You will also be offered basic and continuous skills development - including e-learning and physical courses that make you smarter in the field and ensure you have the necessary knowledge. We need you to be: Competent and well-grounded in psychiatric nursing. Preferably with special education or other relevant further/further training. Good at working independently, keeping an overview and prioritizing work tasks in a targeted manner. Ready to take responsibility for this vulnerable group. Happy for interdisciplinary collaboration. Engaged in the core task - to make a difference for seriously ill people with psychotic disorders and comorbidities. Own car is necessary.
