Department management secretary with a flair for processes and structure for the Department of Medical Diseases If you have a particular interest in and/or experience with administrative tasks in the Health Service, then this position is just for you! In the department management secretariat, we support the department management with all the administrative tasks that take place in a large and exciting hospital department. We are the department's external face, and have a large contact surface especially with the department's employees, but also with patients and relatives. We are proud to solve all the administrative tasks that are needed for a hospital department to function optimally. As department management secretary, you are responsible for carrying out the tasks in accordance with the hospital's ambition 'Well treated' and the Capital Region's strategic goal 'Expected and Welcome'. You can help shape the content of the position, but it will at least include: Handling of patient complaints Personnel administrative tasks Validation of, among other things, LUP and Trivsel Up Preparation of agendas, meeting materials and writing minutes of various meetings, including LMU and Working Environment meetings Qualified handling of insurance cases Updating emergency and alert lists Various administrative tasks for the management Meeting booking Processing of cases from the Swedish Agency for Patient Safety We strive for efficient and fast case processing, and we are always welcoming, solution-oriented and constructive in the way we solve our tasks. You must therefore have a distinct service gene and a smiling and positive approach to what everyday life has to bring. In addition, you must be part of a management secretariat, where we help each other with tasks and cover for each other in connection with absences. Your professional profile It is an advantage that you are a trained medical secretary or SAK or have in-depth knowledge of the healthcare system. You have experience with calendar management and management-related tasks You are a shark for meeting calls in Outlook and have control of Excel to prepare simple statistics and analyzes The position is a mix of routine tasks and varying development and project tasks that require follow-up and structure. We want you to be able to thrive in a day-to-day life with a variety of tasks and use your skills, and contribute positively to the continued development of our secretariat. We handle the specialties of infectious medicine, pulmonary medicine, endocrinology and geriatrics, with inpatient units, specialist outpatient clinics and several research units on both registries. In addition, we have the medical responsibility for receiving emergency medical patients from the hospital's admission area.
