NS Drafter is a construction company that is a regional leader in the production of formwork and reinforcement plans, as well as 3D BIM modeling. During the past six years of working on plans, we have grown and developed and now our team has more than 50 employees who are able to respond to assigned tasks. NS Drafter is a construction firm, but we like to say "Digital Construction Firm", primarily because we use a variety of software packages to implement what the client needs. Our 3D and 2D software packages include programs such as:  Allplan, ArmCAD, Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla, Bluebeam, Strakon, Advance Steel and many more.

The Allplan draftsman is in charge of precise modeling and creation of formwork and reinforcement plans, quality control and providing support to colleagues in using the software and performing tasks.

Responsibilities:

accurate modeling and creation of formwork and reinforcement plans according to technical specifications, standards, substrates and input information of the client within the agreed deadlines

checking and ensuring the quality of models and plans of formwork and reinforcement before delivery

evaluation of the quality of plans after quality control has been performed to identify potential problems and improvements

providing mentorship and support to colleagues in the area of technical knowledge and the use of software for creating models and plans

training new and less experienced colleagues in performing work tasks

sending inquiries and reporting discrepancies in input information and project materials through the RFI system

direct communication with clients

development and updating of checklists for checking the quality of models and plans

development and updating of regulations for work on the project

reporting on the progress of modeling and making plans on the project

Candidate profile:

education in the field of construction (graduate students or engineering graduates)

knowledge of software tools AutoCAD and Allplan (preferably also ArmCAD)

minimum 2 years of work experience in creating formwork and reinforcement plans in the Allplan program (preferably for German-speaking areas)

knowledge of English and preferably German

effective and assertive communication skills at work

the ability to effectively plan and manage one's own work tasks

ability to adapt to changes and new ways of working
