Work load:_x000D_
handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (e-mail)_x000D_
organization of company documents_x000D_
administrative support of the business section_x000D_
telephone communication with clients and suppliers_x000D_
work in the inventory and order registration system (we will train)_x000D_
preparation of tables in excel_x000D_
We require_x000D_

organizational and communication skills_x000D_
independence and responsibility_x000D_
SÅ  education with baccalaureate_x000D_
computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)_x000D_
basic knowledge of English or German is an advantage_x000D_
